Refund policy

You pay us; you stay happy or we refund you. No retention dialog, no questions for monthly customers inside the 14-day window.

Monthly plans

  • 14-day cooling-off period from your first charge, per EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Full refund, no questions asked.
  • After 14 days, monthly refunds are at our discretion — typically when a service was down for a meaningful portion of your month.

Annual plans

  • Pro-rated refund of unused full months, on request. Example: cancel in month 3 of 12, we refund 9/12 of the subscription.
  • 7-day pre-renewal email before the next annual charge. We never silently renew.

How to request

  1. Open your billing settings and click "Request refund".
  2. Optionally fill in a reason. You do not have to explain within 14 days on a monthly plan.
  3. A pre-filled email opens to [email protected]. Hit send.
  4. We process within 7 business days. Funds return to the original payment method.

What's not refundable

  • Government payments (camera fines, road tax, MOT, EAC). We never process those — contact the official payment channel.
  • Subscriptions that ended more than 90 days ago.

This page is our current refund policy. Changes will not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions.
