Acceptable use

You may use WhatDoIOwe only to look up vehicles you own or operate, or that someone has explicitly authorised you to look up on their behalf (e.g. an employer's fleet vehicle).

You may not:

• ·Look up plates of vehicles you do not own or operate, including for journalism on public figures, debt collection, or harassment.
• ·Use the anonymous home-page lookup as a general-purpose enumeration tool. We rate-limit per IP and audit every lookup; high-volume or honeytrap activity is reviewed and may result in IP bans, account bans, or referral to the Cyprus authorities.
• ·Resell or redistribute data sourced via this service.
• ·Scrape WhatDoIOwe or any of our APIs without written permission.
• ·Automate plate-and-ID enumeration or attempt to bypass per-user or per-IP rate limits.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any prepaid amounts, and where appropriate, notification of the relevant Cyprus authorities.
