A small Cyprus team fixing one small thing.

We got tired of opening three websites every six months to find out what we owe. So we built one.

WhatDoIOwe is a single place to see your camera fines, road tax, MOT and insurance status. Nothing else. We do not sell ads, we do not run analytics on you, and we do not move money for the government.

Every payment opens the official channel. JCC Smart for fines. The Department of Road Transport for road tax. We never see a card number for those flows. We use Stripe only for our own subscription.

We are independent. The team is two engineers in Limassol. If something is wrong on your dashboard, the same people who built it answer the email.

How we work

Aggregator, not intermediary

We pull from official portals on your instruction. We never store more than we need.

ID is hashed locally

A per-account salt and a project-wide pepper. Raw IDs are not stored on Free.

No retention dialog, no countdown. EU 14-day cooling-off on monthly plans.
