We are an independent service — not affiliated with the Cyprus government, JCC Smart, EAC, or any municipality. We act on your instruction to query official portals on your behalf.
We aggregate, in one screen, every camera fine, road tax obligation, MOT expiry and insurance status the official portals show for your vehicle, then deep-link you to the right place to pay each one through its official channel.
No. We are a private service. Every page of the product carries this disclaimer. We never claim official affiliation and we never charge for government services — only for our own subscription.
The Department of Road Transport and CyCameraSystem portals require a plate plus the matching ID document to return data for that vehicle. We hash the ID with a per-user salt and a project-wide pepper. If you enable daily auto-check on a paid plan, the ID is also stored AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest — only with your explicit consent; otherwise the raw value lives in memory only for the duration of one request.
Connections use TLS 1.3. The database enforces row-level security so even a bug in our app code cannot leak another user's rows. ID values are hashed and, when stored for auto-check, AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest with a per-record key. We never log emails, IDs, or response bodies.
Free plan: one vehicle, manual checks. Pro: €4.99/month or €49/year for five vehicles plus daily auto-check and notifications. Family: €9.99/month for ten vehicles and five seats. Fleet: €5 per vehicle per month with hourly auto-check and webhook delivery.
Settings → Subscription → Cancel. One click. No retention dialog. You keep paid features until the end of the current period.
We fail loud: the affected card shows 'we could not reach this service' with the timestamp of the last successful check. Other cards continue to work. We never return stale data labelled as fresh.
We only send the inputs you explicitly enter to the portal you are asking about, exactly as a browser would. No analytics or telemetry of yours is forwarded to a government endpoint.
2FA is opt-in on every plan and recommended once you have more than one vehicle. We support TOTP (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Bitwarden) and recovery codes.
Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. Confirm with the typed phrase. We soft-delete for 90 days so you can recover by signing in again, then hard-delete every row tied to your account within 24 hours of the grace window ending.
We dropped EAC bills from the launch scope to avoid the operational and legal complexity of accepting uploaded PDFs. We may add it back if there is clear demand.
No. The product is scoped to the Republic of Cyprus only.
We do not see or handle those transactions. You will need to retry directly with the payment provider or contact them. We are happy to help interpret what we returned to you.
Yes. Monthly plans are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days under EU consumer law. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund of unused full months on request. Click 'Request refund' in /billing or email support.
